Daniel manages construction phases and build-ups across North America.  He typically takes the lead on a project after the budget has been approved, and the work is ready to start.  He oversees projects with general-contractor management and manages subcontractors, handling change orders and keeping everyone on schedule.

 

“The brand shouldn’t even know I’m there,” Daniel says.  “My expectation, and my client’s expectation, is that the store will be ready when we say it’s going to be ready.  I like to first meet them when I get to say, ‘Here’s the key.’”
