What sets Joe apart is his extensive “real world” professional experience supported by his focused educational background.  Starting with his upbringing in a family business, the core values of integrity, a strong work ethic and customer service were instilled in him.  That early influence exposed Joe to a range of experiences -- such as the discipline of manual labor, an awareness that every business decision has an impact on the bottom line, and the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions.  With that strong foundation, Joe emerged from his years of education focused in Architecture and Real Estate to become responsible for the redevelopment of over a million square feet of corporate real estate, hundreds of retail stores, numerous residential projects, the redevelopment of several commercial properties and a variety of hospital expansion and redevelopment projects.  His success is not just evident in the volume of work but in the globally recognized brands he’s worked with, which include, but are not limited to, American Express, Memorial Sloan Kettering, L’Oreal, The Body Shop, MAC, Estee Lauder, Origins, and Clinique.
